AirCare Colorado: Comments

Air Care Colorado is the name given to the automobile emissions inspection program operated in the Denver-metropolitan area and the North Front Range of Colorado. It is jointly managed by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and the Colorado Department of Revenue. The state agencies have contracted with Envirotest Systems Corp. to manage 18 full-service inspection facilities in the program area as well as 18 roadside data collection units that are set up and rotated among state-approved locations to collect data as vehicles drive by on the road.
